     Niki Dawson is an American singer-songwriter known for her memorable battle round performance on Season 1 of NBC's singing competition 'The Voice' in 2011. She released her first EP titled 'Adolescent' in 2013. Then went on to win MTV's singing show 'Copycat' in 2014. She also appeared on FOX's hit singing show American Idol's season XV in 2016. Later that year, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis after mysteriously losing motor function on the right side of her body. The following year, she was released from a Florida ICU after surviving a life threatening disorder called Steven-Johnson's Syndrome. With a fresh take on life, she's now focusing on showcasing her writing & producing with her Debut album titled 'Janus Killed Hera'. It’s scheduled to be released Spring 2018.
